⏳ No Tracking Update for 15+ Days
If your shipment hasn’t updated tracking info for over 15 days, you can request a free reshipment or refund.
If the package arrives later, you may keep it without returning.
🚚 Late Delivery Refund (Global – 30 Days)
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the shipment date (regardless of destination), you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.
If no action is taken within 35 days, a refund will be automatically issued.
You may keep the item if it arrives later — no need to return it.
📉 Price Adjustment Within 30 Days
If the price of your purchased item drops within 30 days after payment, you can apply for a price difference refund via your order page.
Note: Promotional or discontinued items excluded.
Additional Notes
Promotional items or items that are no longer available may not be subject to our price reduction compensation policy. Costs (including but not limited to shipping costs) will not be included in any price reduction compensation calculation. stellalinks reserves the right of final interpretation of the price reduction compensation policy, reserves the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time, and reserves the right to decide whether to refuse any price reduction compensation at its sole discretion.
