✔Damaged express items can be returned
If you receive a package and find that some items are lost or damaged in transit, please rest assured that you can easily apply for a full refund for these items.
✔15 days of no update for express delivery can be refunded
If your package has not been updated for more than 15 days and has not been delivered, you can apply for a free reissue or refund, as the package may have been lost in transit. If you receive the package after applying for a refund, you can dispose of it at your own discretion without returning it.
✔Refund if the package is not delivered within 20 days
If your package is not delivered within 20 days of shipment, you can apply for free re-shipment or a full refund. If no action is taken within 25 days, the refund will be automatically made. If the package arrives late, you can keep it for free without returning it.
✔Price adjustment within 30 days after payment
Items purchased from stellalinks are subject to our price adjustment policy. If the price of the purchased item drops within 30 days after payment in the same country or region, stellalinks will provide the price difference in the currency paid for the order. Applying for a price adjustment before you receive the item will not affect the shipment of your order. You can select the relevant order in "My Orders" and click Contact Customer Service to apply for a price refund.
Promotional items or items that are no longer available may not be subject to our price reduction compensation policy. Costs (including but not limited to shipping costs) will not be included in any price reduction compensation calculation. stellalinks reserves the right of final interpretation of the price reduction compensation policy, reserves the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time, and reserves the right to decide whether to refuse any price reduction compensation at its sole discretion.
